MUSIC CLIPS
In order to shoot your own clip, after clicking 'Create Clip' in the 'Video Clips' section of your career page, it will be sufficient to determine which of the songs you have previously recorded you want to shoot a clip for. The performer who performs these is automatically assigned as the producer of the clip. You can set the location and time for the clip shooting from the Time Adjustment option on the Video Clip details page. Different venues are subject to different venue fees. Video Clip expenses are taken from the Artist's vault or the recording studio's vault, or both at certain rates. All expenses are deducted from the account during clip shooting.
When the video clip is finished, the recording studio with which the band or artist is contracted is automatically assigned as the production company. The production company can allocate a budget to sponsor any clip. When the production company's budget does not cover the shooting costs of the clip, the Artist or Group must step in for the remaining payments. Failure to cover production costs during filming means an unsuccessful clip attempt. In such cases, shooting may be resumed at a better date.
Directors
The person most suitable to direct the music video in the venue will be automatically appointed as the director. Skill levels and the amount of pre-production done for the video are key influencing factors in selecting the right person. The more recordings a director participates in, the more experienced he becomes and the higher the quality of the recordings he makes.
If a character is currently busy with another job, he cannot be assigned as the director of the production group at the time of shooting. If you don't want to leave your job to chance, you can call a quality director from the forums and ask them to be at the venue during your shoot.
Tips for a good clip
All group members must be present during filming. For a good clip, all members' Basic acting skill must be at least 8 stars. If the rehearsal is not full, it will negatively affect the quality of the clip. In order to rehearse, you must select "Rehearse Scene" from the 'Priorities' section, press OK and select the scene from the "newly opened" menu just below the priorities. You get 16% updates on an update spent at home, 10% on other venues.
Factors such as health and other skills are also important on the clip, but they are second in importance. Video clip shooting takes 3 hours and 50 minutes. If you increase your fame by 10% with cigar + elvis + snack 50 minutes before the end of the clip, it will affect the performance. The quality of the shooting location and the external appearance of the group members are also effective in the success of the clip.
Factors affecting the success of the clip:
Player -> Appearance, Fame and Basic acting skill, musical genre skill
Director -> Basic photography, cinematography, musical genre talent and number of clips he has shot
Other Factors -> Song quality, band rehearsal level, venue quality, venue condition
Exit 28 days after the previous clip. (negative if done first)
Publish within 2 weeks after filming (it will be adversely affected if you post the clip late)
Video Clip Lists
It is very difficult for the clips of the songs not included in the single to enter the charts. In a time when it is ideal to publish once every 28 days, the song with the clip should definitely be one of the singles. In addition, clip lists are not separated by genres like radio lists. As with the radio list, there are many factors and city reputation is the biggest factor.
Influencing factors -> The quality of the clip, the popularity of the song, the fame of the city, the release date of the clip, the power of the press.
Yields -> Uneven daily popularity and fame increase, clip list scores according to their place in the charts.
Notes on clips
* The clip allows to enter the video lists, increases the popularity of the song and therefore the sales. When played continuously to 10k people, it increases to 60%, while the song with the clip goes up to 90%. doc
* Songs with clips get old faster than normal songs.
* Rehearsals will be reset if the clip is not published and rejected
